Lewis Creek is a commercial construction and development firm based out of Conroe, Texas, located just north of Houston. Lewis Creek has three divisions focused around construction and development: contracting, consulting and capital & holdings.
Our Contracting Division focuses on upscale restaurants, hospitality spaces, Class-A office space, executive office TIs, airport terminals & hangars. From full-scale ground-up development to simple interior remodeling, we ensure that every project is handled with the highest standard of quality and construction excellence. We respect our client’s schedules and ensure projects are completed on time and on budget. Our experience and knowledge of working in every phase of development and construction, has made us extremely effective in working with architects, engineers and owners. We have the foresight to consult on critical details that may have otherwise gone overlooked. From concept to realty, we bring projects around full circle.
Our Consulting Division concentrates on development & construction services and construction defects litigation. Our complete understanding of projects, how to implement processes and how to fix and repair construction issues provides our clients with valuable certainty. We offer full scale professional consultation on all aspects of development and construction.
Our Capital & Holdings division is structured for sound, stable growth. We adhere to strict fiscal policies that have ensured our investors security and strength. We limit the number of projects carried in our portfolio to the amount and to the type of projects that we can self manage.
